Warranty policy

MEB.,JSC is committed to providing a nationwide warranty.

MEB offers nationwide warranty service for products purchased at any of its branches or offices, ensuring convenient after-sales support.

Warranty period
The warranty period for MEB products, during which MEB is responsible for receiving and resolving warranty claims, is indicated on the warranty card and label.
Valid warranty certificate
The warranty card issued by MEB and included with the product must have a company stamp. The card must conform to the prescribed format and must not be separated or tampered with. The serial number on the warranty card, as filled in by MEB, must match the serial number of the product being presented for warranty service and must have no signs of erasures or alterations.
Valid warranty seal
The MEB product sticker must be affixed securely and remain unaltered to validate the warranty.

Warranty Policy

Product replacement: For MEB products meeting warranty requirements that have manufacturing defects and cannot be repaired by MEB technicians, a replacement will be provided.

Products are eligible for free warranty service if they are still within the warranty period, which is calculated from the date of delivery. (The warranty period is specified on the Warranty Certificate.)

Post-warranty devices or products purchased from MEB are eligible for discounted repair services or we can assist you in arranging repairs with the manufacturer.
